In Search of New Council Members

Hopefully the newly elected City Council members this spring will take recommendations and opinions of its residents more seriously than current members, who have responded dispassionately to residents' animal issues. I for one will be looking for the candidates' positions on local animal control and sheltering before casting my votes.
